Minutes of the Meeting – 3rd June 2024 – approved & signed by – Cllr A. Parker.
5.REGISTER OF ACTIONS
Track between Blacksmith Close & School – Lawyer revising draft transfer document following discussions with the Chairman .
Surgery Footpath (YK16), Wiltshire Highways Officer has advised that staggered barriers are not within national guidance. Councillors agreed to not proceed with the proposal.

Planning Applications considered:
PL/2024/04748 – The Dovecote Broomfield Farm – Extension – Objection (Holding) – It was noted that the work previously approved to this unit has not commenced and that the unit is unoccupied, therefore this should not be considered a Householder application. The proposed extension is considered to be out of proportion to the original unit and calls into doubt whether this can be considered to be a conversion of the original unit, councillors seek clarification of this point from the LPA.
PL/2024/05331 – Oak House Grove Lane – Car Port & Porch – No Objection

PL/2024/05151 Church Farm – Tree work in conservation area – Parish Council is the applicant.
PL/2024/05919 – YK 11kv circuit replacement of poles – West Yatton & Long Dean area.
Planning Updates:
PL/2022/05696 – Drovers Green Variation – Applicant has agreed, informally, to install close board fencing on boundary with parking plaza & 2 Cold Harbour. Adoption of the highway by Wiltshire Council remains an outstanding issue, Councillors agreed unanimously to support Persimmon in having the road adopted.
Lime Down Solar Farm – No update.
Leigh Delamere Solar Farm –A waiting response from the developer regarding the inclusion of battery storage in a ground water protection zone.
Allington North Solar Farm – Public Consultation 8th July – Chippenham Rugby Club.
