The first Sue Pickering Prize was awarded in 2012, in memory of Sue, who died in 2012 after a long illness. Sue was a talented artist and in her memory and in recognition of all her hard work and enthusiasm for the fete, children from preschool age to 11 have been invited to enter their artwork.
