Hope you had a good summer and enjoyed the Olympics and recent spell of good weather.

Life in the church continues into the Autumn season and we look forward to the coming Harvest Festival on 7th October where we join forces with the Parish Council to commemorate the Jubilee Stones Project with a BBQ at the Market Cross. Refreshments will be served from 11.00 and food will be served from noon.

Its a great opportunity to get out and meet people you may not have seen recently. Of course, everyone is welcome to join us before at the Harvest service in church that starts at 9.30 am. Each year we take in non perishable produce (tinned & packet goods such as coffee, cereals, ketchup, biscuits, chocolate bars, Savoury Noodles, Rice Pudding etc) for the Doorway Project in Chippenham. This is a charity drop in centre in Chippenham that provides a friendly, safe place for adults who are homeless or who have complex issues, such as debt, mental health problems, substance use or poor life skills which are likely to affect their ability to acquire or sustain a tenancy. So if you would like to donate something please bring it to church on the Sunday morning or pass it to Wanda or myself.

We look forward to seeing you on 7th October.

with best regards,

Pam
