By Brook Valley School – YKRA Plans revised anticipated work will take place during Easter holiday
St Margaret’s Church AV System – Church Planning permission has been applied for.
YKRA Village Hall Refurbishment – Clerk to request update for next YKPC meeting.
Under 5’s Canopy – Clerk to request update for next YKPC meeting.
YK Speed Awareness Group – Wiltshire Council have not changed their policy towards VAS. Clerk to write to Wiltshire Council to request 20mph signs for school area. Clerk to write to Group to suggest that they consider signage on private land.

Precept & Budget it was unanimously agreed:
Due to dissatisfaction with Wiltshire Council grass cutting services provision would be made to do this by YKPC.
Over the last four years the Council has run a deficit, in 2016/17 the budget would be breakeven.
The precept was set at £13,000 an increase of £4,250 from the current year.
Cllr Skinner to draft an announcement to explain increase in precept.

Litter Bins have not been emptied, despite being reported on My Wiltshire – Clerk to follow up.
