1. PUBLIC GALLERY
Speed of traffic was discussed, Baroness Scott to obtain copy of Wiltshire Council policy regarding speed indicator devices (SIDs). Wiltshire Council will shortly issue its policy concerning timed 20 mph speed limit outside schools, flashing warning signs are available as part of the school travel plan, Cllr Parker to discuss with Chair of Governors.

Footpath – Surgery to Biddestone Lane – Quotation from Will Wolf for the removal of 12 trees was accepted, (majority vote 6 for 1 against)
Market Cross Trees – Unanimous decision to ask JCBS to remove three silver birch trees and plant three memorial trees, selection of trees to be confirmed by Cllrs Parker & Crookall
Clarks Leaze playground – Quotation received will be circulated and discussed at March meeting.
YKRA Village Hall Refurbishment – It was agreed to pay £12,500 from Community Benefit Fund towards the refurbishment/relocation of toilet facilities within the village hall, funds being released prior to the commencement of the project to enable match funding to be obtained. Letter stating conditions to be drafted and circulated, (majority vote 6 in favour, 1 abstention)
