5.REGISTER OF ACTION
Community Benefit Fund – Village Hall
As it is 12 months since money was advanced to the YKRA Chairman to be invited to attend the February meeting of the Parish Council to give an update.
School Operated 20 mph Speed Limit
Initial meeting had been postponed, Clerk to request Baroness Scott’s pa to re arrange meeting.
Bench – Coopers Meadow
Cllr Whittaker circulated a quote for the repair or replacement. Unanimously decided to seek opinions on whether, given the location, whether the bench is used and whether locals wish it to be retained, otherwise the bench will be removed. Clerk to include this item in the meeting report for the February Honeycomb.
Parish Steward
Clerk to circulate details of the Parish Steward’s tasks and to mention in the meeting report for the February Honeycomb, requesting villagers to report issues.
6. CATG 4598 TIDDLEYWINK – Request for a Slow sign
The results of the Metro count were discussed and noted that the Mean was 36.7 mph and the 85% was 42,7 mph. Unaminous decision that if CATG had funds available to paint a SLOW on the road, the Parish Council would not object but would not provide funds.
7. PLANNING
14 Church Farm
16/11658/FUL – Proposed single storey extension together with ancillary structural and non – structural internal alterations.
Object (Unaminous) – Disproportionate development which would have detrimental visual impact on that area of the village. However, the Parish Council would consider a proposal that reduced the height of the proposed extension to that of the existing conservatory and used more glass to match the existing conservatory.
6 & 7 Coopers Meadow
16/11555/FUL – First Floor rear extensions above the existing single storey pitch roof extensions to both.

16/11433/FUL – Demolition of Existing Single Storey Rear extension and Erection of New Two Storey Rear Extension with Internal Alterations (Retrospective for minor amendments made during construction – 15/11844/FUL)
Support (Unaminous) No access to flat roof for use as a balcony
8. CLERK & FINANCE
Precept & Budget – The proposed budget was accepted and it was agreed to increase the Band D charge by 2% from £35.39 to £36.10 which on the tax base of 369.01 gives a precept of £13,321 (Unaminous)

9. COUNCILLORS QUESTIONS AND ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Cllr Parker gave a demonstration of the Age UK – Message In a Bottle scheme, a supply of bottles will be requested and passed to the Surgery.
