5. REGISTER OF ACTION
Churchyard Status – Chair to arrange meeting with representative of PCC to discuss opinions published by NALC re Churchyards.

Burial Ground Charges have been published and sent to local Funeral Directors, stonemason and Benefice Office.

The establishment of a Children’s Funeral Fund announced by No.10 on 31st March 2018 was noted, how this is implemented will be monitored.

6. PLANNING
18/20272/FUL – Demolition of Existing Garage Premises; Erection of Four Detached Dwellings and Associated Garaging & Landscaping – Phillips Car Bodywork Ltd, Yatton Keynell, SN14 7JT.
Support – subject to conditions – as stated below.
The Council were informed that there is currently a site drainage report being prepared.
The Council seeks clarification on the ownership of the drainage ditch between the site and John Aubrey Close and the arrangement for future access.
The Council requests that the pavement in Grittleton Road is properly extended and the drainage ditch bridged to form a pedestrian access to the proposed development.
The Council seek assurance that the Sewerage system has sufficient capacity to deal with an additional four properties.
The Council noted that a CIL would be payable.

Support
17/04648/OUT – Outline Application for 4 Self Build dwellings relating to access & layout. APPEAL lodged by applicant.

Draft Appeal letter has been circulated and was agreed subject to confirmation of whether there is a bus stop in Tiddleywink/Coldharbour. (Post Meeting The Clerk confirmed with Faresaver that there is only the ability to Hail a Ride at this location not an official bus stop)

7. CLERK & FINANCE

The Clerk presented the annual accounts, variance report and review of the Community Benefit Fund. The accounts will now be subject to review by the Internal Auditor.
Community Benefit Fund – it was agreed that the money (£5,000) previously allocated to the Church AV System would be reallocated to the project to refurbish the Clarks Leaze Play area.
GDPR discussion was deferred to the May meeting.
