1. PUBLIC GALLERY
Resident from The Maltings raised the issue of an Oak Tree on the verge. Clerk to raise issue with Wiltshire Council.

5. REGISTER OF ACTION
War Memorial – Cllr Plowman to investigate sources of funds.
Community Benefit Fund – Church AV System –As a new Priest in Charge is to be appointed by the Benefice, it was unanimously agreed that the Parish Council standby their offer of funding, but would request that the new incumbent approve the project.
Village Maintenance – Grittleton Road Junction with B4039, Clerk to contact Cllr J Scott to request that the kerbstones outside White Lion Lodge be reinstated.

7. CLERK & FINANCE
Community Benefit Fund was reviewed and it was brought to the attention of Councillors that £5,950 remains unallocated.
Best Kept Village Competition – It was decided not to enter the competition this year.

8. COUNCILLORS QUESTIONS AND ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Cllr Crookall reported that the Bus shelter windows had been broken. Cllr Green to obtain quote for the replacement of Bus Shelter windows, Clerk to check insurance policy.
Cllr Jones to discuss the use of the former phone box in Nettleton, with the Chair of Nettleton Parish Council.
Cllr Whittaker had received comments about the increased level of litter around the village.
