1. PUBLIC GALLERY
Owner of land at Tiddleywink passed their contact details to the Parish Council with regards to Outline Planning Application received today for development of Paddock Land. The application will be discussed at the July meeting.

5. REGISTER OF ACTION
Cllr K Jones signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office
Surgery Footpath – Biddestone Lane end JCBS has confirmed that a tree surgeon would be required, Chair to pass a contact to the Clerk to obtain a quote.
Market Cross – Chair to meet with JCBS to discuss state of grass and agree a weed treatment.
Community Benefit Fund – An application has been received from Ebenezer Chapel for a contribution towards refurbishment. Unaminous decision to award £5,000.
Community Benefit Fund – Church AV System – E mail received from PCC requesting that Parish Council re consider their decision to insist on the new Priest in Charge to approve the proposed system. The Parish Council unanimously stand by their original decision (Minutes March 2017)
As a new Priest in Charge is to be appointed by the Benefice, it was unanimously agreed that the Parish Council standby their offer of funding, but would request that the new incumbent approve the project.
Clerk to confirm with PCC the faculty process and ask whether formal planning permission is also required.
The Maltings Oak Tree – Cllr Baroness J Scott confirmed that Wiltshire Council are responsible for the tree. A new Tree Officer has recently been appointed and it is on his schedule to inspect.
