5. REGISTER OF ACTION
Footpath YKEY14 (Manor to the Valley) – D Towl from Cotswold Wardens presented a request for the Parish Council to match fund ( Cotswold Wardens & Wiltshire Council) the repairs to the path. Unanimous decision to approve £700 from Community Benefit Fund for the repairs.
It was agreed to allocate a further £1,450 from the Community Benefit Fund to allow Cotswold Wardens to repair footpaths in the Parish as and when required.
The Parish Council requested that the Cotswold Wardens investigate footpath YKEY11, which passes through the grounds of The Old Rectory.
Bench between Coopers Meadow and The Book house, in need of repair/replacement, Cllr R Whittaker to investigate.
Village Maintenance – there was no response from the advertisement requesting expressions of interest to quote for the village maintenance contract, Clerk to ask JCBS to quote for 2017
6. PLANNING

16/10643/FUL – Conversion and extensions to provide kitchen/Dining Room with one bedroom & bathroom in roof space above.
No comment – it was noted there was a lack of clarity with the plans submitted

Support providing the proposed work is in keeping with the conservation area.

8. COUNCILLORS QUESTIONS AND ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Cllr Plowman attended the November Chippenham Area Board meeting and suggested that there should be a rota for councillors to attend (next meeting 16th January)
Clerk has received a request from a resident for the Parish Council to request a 50 mph speed limit between Village boundary and Grittleton, along with a request to re in state the red road markings on Grittleton road. Clerk to report the road markings on My Wiltshire. Councillors felt that the road to Grittleton would not meet the criteria for a 50 mph limit, which would not be enforceable.
