Clarkes Leaze Amenity Area – awaiting response from lawyers.
Grittleton Road metro count – installed mid-February results awaited.
Castle Combe Race Circuit – liaison meeting 19th March.

Planning Applications considered:
PL/2025/01008 – Little Barn Springfield Farm – Change of Use to Children Nursery – No Objection subject to Highways approval.
PL/2025/01442 – Eston House 3 Homefields – Tree work in Conservation area – No Objection.
Lime Down Statutory consultation – response to be drafted & circulated.
Planning Applications recently determined by Wiltshire Council:
PL/2024/08236 – Sub division of 14 Clarkes Leaze to build two houses, has been withdrawn by the applicant.
PL/2024/09028 3 Keynell Court – Internal Wall (Listed Building Consent) – Approved
Diversion of public right of way CC7 & YK25 (Long Dean) recommendation for approval by Northern Area Planning Committee, will now pass to the Planning Inspectorate.

8.HIGHWAYS, FOOTPATH & AMENITY AREA
Clarkes Leaze Amenity Area – it was reported that the grass area had been damaged by a vehicle being driven onto the area to access the rear of a property and then having to be towed off by a tractor. The damage will require restoration work which will fall to the Parish Council to fund.
