1. PUBLIC GALLERY
A Resident from The Maltings raised the issue of parking in The Maltings and Bin Storage particularly with regards to the planning application for 12 The Maltings.

5. REGISTER OF ACTION
War Memorial – Cllr Plowman to contact REME Lyneham about Poppy designs. Designs submitted by the school have been circulated to be returned to Cllr Plowman
Planter – Telephone Box, proposal to be recirculated by Clerk for comments and ideas
Telephone Box – Agreed that a book exchange would be set up. Cllr Whittaker to source suitable bookcase. Cllr Crookall volunteered to keep tidy.
Book House Coopers Meadow Bench – Quote of £40.00 from JCBS was accepted to reposition the bench and bin.
Churchyard – Chairman to write to Diocese of Bristol expressing concern about the appearance and upkeep of the churchyard in particular the walls and trees.

12 The Maltings
17/01753/FUL – Conversion of Garage to Study
No Objection – Parish Council request that consideration be given to providing adequate bin storage within the design. Unaminous decision
7. CLERK & FINANCE
Annual Governance Statement 2016/17 was approved.
Accounting Statements 2016/17 were approved

8. COUNCILLORS QUESTIONS AND ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Cllr Grainger – plaques for the memorial trees in the Market Cross Chairman to follow up.
Cllr Crookall – Report of graffiti on B4039 to be reported on My Wiltshire
As this is the last meeting of the current Parish Council Chairman – Cllr Parker thanked all councillors who have served during the last four years for their time and support.
