Track between Blacksmith Close & School awaiting response from Persimmon legal department.
Clarks Leaze play area, Councillors agreed to explore options for future control with Wiltshire Council.

Leigh Delamere Solar Farm – Community Benefit Fund response awaited from Eden Renewables. BESS unsatisfactory response received from Eden Renewables Clerk to discuss with Chair of Grittleton PC.

PL/2024/04748 – The Dovecote Broomfield Farm – withdrawn by applicant.
Pl/2024/04869 – Summer Lane Cottage – Extension – approved.

8. HIGHWAYS, FOOTPATH & PLAY AREA
Councillors thanked the Cotswold Wardens for removing a fallen limb from the bank of Halfpenny pond. Councillors agreed to donate £150.00 to Cotswold National Landscape to help fund the work of the wardens. Cllr D Towl to provide details on where to make the payment.
Tiddleywink – B4039 noted that there is still a defect in the recently laid surface and that cats eyes are due to be reinstated 6th September.
Change of speed limit (B4039) letter sent to U Cllrs Botterill & Holder regarding the lack of progress, response awaited. LHFIG application to be submitted.
Residents to be reminded that hedgerows should be kept trimmed back so that pavements are not blocked.
The Maltings – entrance to the road due to be resurfaced 6th September.
Correspondence received from a resident in Farrells Field regarding recent hedge cutting undertaken on The Street, Clerk to respond.
