Three members of the public attended to obtain an update on the proposed development on Biddestone Lane following recent public consultation held by the promoter. No further action required until a planning application is submitted.

PL/2024/10196 – 8 Church Farm – Tree work in conservation area – No Objection – Unanimous
PL/2024/10949 – Land at Tiddleywink – Permission in Principle for phased development of 3-4 self build dwellings – Objection (Location) Councillors noted that this site was subject to a similar application in 2017 which was refused, by Wiltshire Council, appeal by dismissed by Planning Inspectorate. U Cllr N Botterill requested to consider calling in application should officer be mindful to approve.

Complaint received via email regarding the speed of traffic on Grittleton Road, Clerk to submit request for traffic survey (metro Count). U Cllr N Botterill has requested Police consider carrying out speed checks on the road.
