MINUTES OF A FULL MEETING OF YATTON KEYNELL PARISH COUNCIL
Monday 2nd December 2019

Present: Cllr A Parker (Chair), Cllr C Grainger, Cllr M Green, Cllr. F. Plowman, Cllr M Pope, Cllr S Richards, Ian Plowman (Clerk) & Cllr Baroness J Scott OBE.
Also Present: 3 Members of the public


1.PUBLIC GALLERY
Two members of the public stated their dislike of the new LED street lights.
Resident D Towl introduced himself to the meeting and offered to serve as a Parish Councillor. He was unanimously voted onto the Parish Council.

5.REGISTER OF ACTION
Community Governance Review, The Clerk will represent the Parish Council at a meeting of Wiltshire Council Electoral Review Committee to present PC scheme to redraw the boundary around the Golf Academy, The Barn & Electricity Substation.

19/10628/FUL – Battery Store – The Barn Tiddleywink – Revised plans – No Objection.
19/10832/FUL – Revised Porch – The Book House Grittleton Road – No Objection.
19/10189/FUL & 19/10447/LBC Construction of Wall – The Cottage Harveston West Yatton – No Objection.
19/03974/FUL – Former Garage Site Grittleton Road, it was noted that Wiltshire Council Drainage Officer has objected to the proposed drainage scheme.
Land to the East of Farrrells Field – Cllr Baroness J Scott will make enquiries of Wiltshire Council Officers as to what actions are being taken to restore the hedgerow that was removed earlier this year.

Litter Bin Grittleton Road entrance to Coopers Meadow agreed to ask Wiltshire Council to replace the bin on the match funding scheme – Clerk to action. It was noted that the bins in Grittleton Road are being used as additional household refuse bins.
Pensioners Christmas meal in The Bell Inn agreed to fund the meal.
