5. REGISTER OF ACTION
Surgery Footpath Cllr Whittaker to determine start date with contractor
SIDs to be deployed in March 2017 corner of Blacksmith Close and also in the vicinity of the Grittleton Road Junction.
Community Benefit Fund:
Church AV System if progress is not made by 31st December the Parish Council may have to reconsider whether they wish to fund this project.
By Brook Pre School Canopy Cllr Hayward to chase up quote for installation of posts
Village Maintenance – Chairman to place Notice in Honeycomb asking for interested parties who wish to submit a tender.

6. JUNCTION B4039 & GRITTLETON ROAD
Clerk has reported the faded road markings, the damaged kerbstones and damaged Road sign on My Wiltshire. The Damaged Kerbstones & sign have been classified as Discretionary by Wiltshire Council. Baroness Scott has been contacted to follow up.

Harvest Festival Barbeque a budget of £150 was unanimously agreed.

Clerk’s pay –in accordance with the contract of employment, the Clerk’s hourly rate was increased to scale point 24 as published by Wiltshire Council from 16 Aug 2016.

9. COUNCILLORS QUESTIONS AND ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Chairman to request the Fete Committee publish the amount of money raised and the distribution between the village organisations.
It was agreed that The School could display Remembrance Day material in the Market Cross.
Fowlswick Lane junction with B4039, Clerk to report on My Wiltshire to request that the verges are cut to improve visibility.
