The annual meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 9th May 2011 at 7.15 pm in The Village Hall, Yatton Yeynell.

There will be a period of 5 minutes at the start of the meeting for the Public Gallery to bring any matters of concern to the attention of the Council.
