Pilates with Debbie

I am a Level 3 qualified and experienced Pilates Matwork expert based between Malmesbury and Chippenham in North Wiltshire, UK. My first introduction the Pilates method was during my dance career when after injury I was precribed Pilates sessions by my physio and Chiropractor for rehabilitation purposes. It was during this period I learnt how it truely was exercise for all with no discrimination for age or ability, I was hooked.  When the right time came to train as a Pilates instructor I went for it!
