Councillors noted that contractors appointed by Persimmon Homes had cleared vegetation and part of a hedgerow on land adjoining the proposed site SE of Farrells Field without the permission of the land owner. Councillors fully support the land owner in his actions in pursuing those responsible.

Whilst a drainage report has been submitted Parish Council request that it is revisited as it is understood that the riparian land owner has not been consulted and the mapping doesn’t accurately reflect the current drainage into the ditch.
