Enquire about booking the Market Cross

The Market Cross area in the heart of the village is owned and maintained by the Parish Council for the use of villagers for recreational purposes. If you would like to use the space for an activity or event please make your request to the Parish Council. You may want to host a picnic, small concert, market stalls etc. The Parish Council will discuss your suggestion at its next meeting (first Monday of the month) to decide what impact it may have on the neighbouring properties and whether your activity would need additional insurance. There will be a small charge for events. The site has its own water and electricity supply with lighting in the central area. Please make your request at least 2 months in advance of the proposed date and wait for Parish Council approval before you make any plans.
