WHSAP – & Land to the East of Farrells Field – Councillors noted that the Inspector following the public hearing has published his preliminary post hearing advice, Wiltshire Council have posted an initial response, a fuller reply is scheduled by the end of July. Yatton Keynell Parish Council MINUTES OF A FULL MEETING OF YATTON KEYNELL PARISH COUNCIL Monday 3rd June 2019 Present: Cllr A Parker (Chair), Cllr M Crookall, Cllr M Green, Cllr C Grainger Cllr. F. Plowman, Cllr M Pope, Cllr S Richards, Cllr M Woodcock and Ian Plowman (Clerk) Also Present: 13 Members of the public 1. PUBLIC GALLERY Members of the public gallery (11) attended for an update on the proposed development by Persimmon (19/01490/FUL). There has been no communication from Persimmon since 13th May when in a phone call to the Chairman they indicated that a revised plan was being prepared and that they would be in contact again when this had been finalised. Wiltshire Housing Site Allocation Plan (WHSAP) there has been no update posted following the conclusion of the public examination of the plan by the Inspector during April. Ultrafast Broadband the installation has been contracted to Gigaclear, their Community Engagement Manager is scheduled to attend the August PC meeting to give an introduction to the project in the area. Clerk had received a request from a resident (not present) whether a team of First Responders could be formed. It was agreed that this was not a service the Parish Council should facilitate nor was it reasonable to expect off duty professionals to be on call. The emergency services via 999 provide the service. Grittleton Road litter Bin – Agreed to match funding (£100) with Wiltshire Council replacement bin. Chair to consult with the owner. 6.PLANNING 19/01490/FUL – Land to East of Farrells Fields Persimmon have indicated that they are preparing a revised application following their consultation with the Planning officer & Urban design Officer at Wiltshire Council. 19/03883/TCA – Tree Work – Keynell Court No Objection – (Minute only application was circulated and agreed prior to meeting) 19/04224/FUL – Proposed lounge – South View Support – Unaminous 19/03974/FUL – Construction of 9 Houses on Land at the former Phillips Garage 4 members of the Public Gallery outlined their objections to the application.
