Letter received from resident in Grove Lane requesting that the trees between pond and the property known as Halfpenny Pool be reduced in height. It was unanimously felt that the trees are within the boundary of the property and are therefore the responsibility of the owner. Clerk to respond on behalf of the Parish Council. 2. PUBLIC GALLERY Parking in Grittleton Road between Grove Lane & Coopers Meadow, due to two building projects being carried out in the area, it was noted that there has been issues both for pedestrians and road traffic. Footpath that runs behind properties in The Maltings and joins Grittleton Road, surface is breaking up due to tree roots. Clerk will raise issue with Wiltshire Council. Resident from Farrells Field updated the Parish Council on discussions that they had had with a planning officer from Wiltshire Council, with regards to the minimum distance between an existing & a proposed property, policy is that this should be a minimum of 21 metres. 2.
