PUBLIC GALLERY Owner of land at Tiddleywink passed their contact details to the Parish Council with regards to Outline Planning Application received today for development of Paddock Land. Market Cross – Chair to meet with JCBS to discuss state of grass and agree a weed treatment. Community Benefit Fund – An application has been received from Ebenezer Chapel for a contribution towards refurbishment. Unaminous decision to award £5,000. Community Benefit Fund – Church AV System – E mail received from PCC requesting that Parish Council re consider their decision to insist on the new Priest in Charge to approve the proposed system. Yatton Keynell Parish Council MINUTES OF A FULL MEETING OF YATTON KEYNELL PARISH COUNCIL Monday 8th May 2017 Present: Cllr A Parker (Chair), Cllr. M Crookall, Cllr. C. Grainger, Cllr. M Green, Cllr. PUBLIC GALLERY Little Sands resident asked if the Parish council could establish whether the road was adopted and hence Wiltshire council would be responsible for road repairs. Clerk following the meeting has established that the road is adopted and will request that the Parish Steward carries out the small repair on his June visit. An enquiry was made as to whether funds were still available in the Community Benefit Fund and whether the Ebenezer Chapel could apply. It was confirmed that funds were available, Clerk will send an application form to the Ebenezer Chapel. 2. REGISTER OF INTERESTS None declared 3. Clerk has requested an A2 size Map of public rights of way in the parish from Wiltshire Council. Telephone Box planters – Agreed to accept quotation from JCBS to purchase two planters with trellis for the area of the phone box. Total cost £470. Temporary road Closure – C179 Germain Lane

Wiltshire Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Closure of: C179 Germains Lane (Part), Biddestone and Yatton Keynell (Ref: TTRO 4853) Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C179 Germains Lane (Part), Biddestone and Yatton Keynell; from its junction with C164 Giddeahall to its junction with Slaughterford Road. To enable: Wiltshire Council to carry out replacement of a culvert under road. Alternative route: via C164 Giddeahall – Slaughterford Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 10 July 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 21 July 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
